Are your cribs safe?
Yes. In fact, all of our cribs are constructed from solid wood. We use a furniture grade, South American Radiata lumber. This wood is farm-grown in Chile and offers harder, denser properties than domestic pine.

Perhaps our greatest benefit is that several of our cribs go to a depth up to 3 1/2 inches deeper than any other cribs. This allows you to keep your child in a safe, contained crib for many months longer.

Why do some of your cribs have a gate?
The safety gate is a feature patented and owned exclusively by Baby’s Dream Furniture. It allows parents easy, quiet access and later can be used as a guard rail for you toddler bed. When can I expect my order?
We try to stock most items so that you can tell us when you would like your nursery – we don’t like to tell you when you can have it. We offer you an interest free, payment free lay-a-way initiated with as little as a $50 refundable deposit. If you are not currently prepared to take delivery of your nursery or wish to begin a “registry”, listing items like the bedding or rocker you’ve chosen, you can ask us to have your furniture available at a specific time. In rare instances where items are out of stock, we will place your order and inform you of production schedule. We usually receive a truck weekly, and your furniture will always arrive as early as possible.

If I wait, will there be a better price?
We keep our prices as low as possible everyday, so there is no reason for us to ever have “sales”. Additionally, the price sheet we provide you when you visit is good throughout your entire pregnancy.

Do you match prices?
We know our prices are fair, but we also know you can shop globally from home. If you find a better price including freight/travel, please let us know. We will always try to earn your business.

How do I pay for my furniture?
Our only requirement is that your furniture be paid in full either on pick-up or prior to delivery. We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We do not accept personal or business checks less than 7 days before delivery or pick-up. However, we will gladly accept your ATM card.

What if I’m not ready for my order?
We will hold your paid-in-full order for as long as your require. Unpaid orders will be held for 30 days and then may be returned to inventory, unless other arrangements are made in advance. We understand that there are sometimes circumstances beyond your control. Please contact us, and we will be glad to work with you, within reason, if you keep us apprised of your situation.

Is deliver and set-up available?
Yes, to most areas. We have been working with a college student who will deliver and set up your nursery. He will also remove and recycle the empty boxes at a very affordable, pre-set fee based on distance, floor level and quantity of items.

He is trustworthy and efficient, and will try to arrange your delivery to accommodate your schedule. Though we continue to work with your regarding delivery arrangements, the fee is earned by a payable directly to him.
